the turtle

One day we were playing by our stream and we saw a turtle in there. Aubrey wanted to play in it but I told her that she couldn't play by his mouth. We finally took a stick and put it by his mouth to see what he would do. He snapped at it then he took off. Aubrey wanted to keep him but I don't think that would've been a good idea. As much as I love snapping turtles I didn't think we needed to keep him. He was cute though!
